buffalo chicken deviled eggs

ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup Dietz & Watson Buffalo Style Chicken Breast
  2. 1/3 cup Dietz & Watson Blue Cheese Crumbles
  3. 6 large hard-boiled eggs
  4. 1/4 cup Buffalo Sauce (more for topping)
  5. 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  6. 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  7. chives for garnish

directions

  1. Peel the eggs and slice in half lengthwise, scoop yolks into a mixing bowl and place whites on a serving tray.
  2. Finely chop Dietz & Watson Buffalo Style Chicken Breast and celery and add to mixing bowl with egg yolks.
  3. Add 1/4 cup of Dietz & Watson Blue Cheese Crumbles (reserve remaining for topping), buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing to the mixing bowl.
  4. Mix ingredients until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and pipe buffalo filling into the egg white.
  6. Garnish with chives, extra blue cheese crumble, and a drizzle of buffalo sauce.
  7. Serve!
